1. UNDERSTAND
Understanding your need is perhaps the most important step in the entire process. During this engagement our consultants will work with you to determine why a solution is required, what it must achieve and how it must look and feel. This can involve reviewing legacy systems or discussing an entirely new concept. We also audit your IT infrastructure to determine how it will support the new solution.
2. DESIGN
Now that the concept and needs are defined, it’s time for the site to start taking shape. Information architecture defines how a solution manages its information and how it will be navigated. Our consultants work with you to understand the information you work with on a daily basis and how this will be managed.
3. PLAN
Our architects and planners draw up the blue prints for your new SharePoint solution. At this stage we also consider user interaction and the way people will engage with the solution.
4. PRODUCE
BrightStarr uses an Agile Development methodology designed to deliver results quickly. We maintain open dialogue with you throughout the development process and you can perform your own testing and evaluation on the site as it is developed. When all parties are satisfied that the site is ready for deployment, quality assurance is signed off.
5. EVOLVE
At BrightStarr, the relationship doesn’t end as soon as the project is finished. We endeavour to maintain dialogue with you after delivery to ensure you are getting the most out of your site. BrightStarr can also provide user training, technical training and further support.
