Built by BrightStarr on a cloud-based SharePoint platform, the Program Management system was used to manage the various real-estate projects ranging from refurbishment to consolidation of Nokia and Siemens staff into joint offices. The Global Property Database was used to track all of the existing assets and leases owned by the organization.
