We can adapt our approach to work within waterfall, iterative or agile projects. We deliver solutions through repetitive cycles or project phases, each consisting of five distinct tracks.
In the Discover phase, we understand your current situation, challenges and high level requirements. We work with you to define three points of the project triangle; time, cost, and quality. The five day project scoping engagement delivers a high-level project plan, solution architecture, and estimated project costs. This minimises your risks, and lets you evaluate us as a partner. Our Discover engagement builds on the project scoping to develop a deep understanding of your business, processes, and technology.
A focus on the users of a system is key to success. Our User Experience Consultants employ user engagement techniques to develop a set of personas representing the different users of your solution and understand their specific needs and requirements. We define requirements as a set of user journeys and use cases, and develop the functional design through wireframe models. Finally, we create a set of visual designs based on your guidelines and produce high-fidelity images for approval before the solution goes into production.
In the Develop Track our Engineers, Designers and UI Specialists create your solution. Our solutions range from creative design and branding to complex software development and systems integration. Our Quality Assurance Specialists complete rigorous unit and integration testing and we can schedule regular show-and-tell sessions to monitor progress. Finally, our Infrastructure Architects work with your IT team to implement your IT infrastructure. We are equally comfortable delivering either cloud based, on-premise solutions, or hybrid solutions.
Stabilisation is all about user acceptance testing (UAT). We deploy the solution to your UAT environment. The user journeys and use cases created in the Plan and Design track can provide the basis for your test scripts. Our consultants and technical specialists can work on-site with you during this period to provide advice, guidance and support to your team. We take a iterative approach with up to three waves of UAT.
Now you’re ready to go-live with your solution.
We support you through the deployment and launch. Our strategic consultants can work with you from the start of the project to create a tailored user adoption strategy to help ensure take up and usage of the solution. We can deliver tailored user training based on your specific solution.
