User Experience and Design

At BrightStarr we believe a great user experience results in a high user adoption. User experience goes far deeper than just the look and feel of a SharePoint portal; it is about how a person feels about using a system. At BrightStarr, we put the highest value on user experience and use User Centred Design (UCD) to drive a great user experience. UCD is a philosophy and a process in which the needs, wants and limitations of the end user are given extensive attention at each stage of the design process. UCD not only analyses how users are likely to use an interface, but also tests the validity of their assumptions.
