Senior Consultant

We are an expanding SharePoint consultancy firm based in Bellevue, currently seeking to boost our development team with the addition of Consultants.

The Senior Consultant leverages their expert project management skills, SharePoint knowledge and consulting background to drive customer success in the implementation of world-class SharePoint solutions. You will collaborate with the project and client teams towards success by leading client strategy, managing invoicing, timelines, staff, and aid in delivering effective solutions. You will help organize your team, and contribute to their success by keeping the process flowing and driving customers toward successful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer experience throughout the client engagement for multiple projects
  • Drive strategy discussions to enable the customer success model using examples and previous experience
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work through daily internal team meetings
  • Work with business development to grow any business or partner relationships vital to the success of our business.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution.
  • Develop and implement staff forecast and invoicing plan for the lifetime of the project. Update project plan appropriately when change in scope or delay affects invoicing.
  • Ownership and review of all project documentation and production of project status reports.
  • When necessary, modify client expectation of delivery dates.

  • Responsible for creating and tracking invoicing throughout the life of the project.
  • Report on project specific budget and forecasts
  • Write Change Requests and Statements of Work for additional work and own and drive the internal approval process. Coordinate estimating process and build staff forecast based on available funding.
  • Participate in Peer team meetings with other Senior Consultants and provide support as needed.

Skills/Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience working as a SharePoint Consultant with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Ability to lead customer relationship, and drive new business opportunities
  • Excellent Consulting, Facilitation, Presentation, and Writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Intranets preferably in a consulting capacity
  • Microsoft Project
  • Office365 based solutions
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with Project teams
  • PMP preferred
