Responsibilities:

  • Translate epics and user stories into functional applications 
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code 
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications 
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues 
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

You're good at:

  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET 4.5, MVC 5 and Web API 2 
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming 
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and a desire to find solutions to technical challenges 
  • Familiar with common design and architectural patterns 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework 6 ORM 
  • Experience with popular web application frameworks especially Angular 
  • Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code 
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application 
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests 
  • Proficient understanding of Git version control system

Extra awesome:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure platform, Office 365/SharePoint, Xamarin mobile framework or Umbraco CMS 
  • Proficient in JavaScript, with Typescript and ES6 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
