You will work closely with the consulting and development teams throughout the support lifecycle and will concurrently manage several incidents and requests at any given time.
The SharePoint Support Engineer will provide basic level support with our clients to diagnose SharePoint-related issues and perform root cause analysis; collaborate with Global Support Manager, QA, vendors and other teams on production system problems; and communicate solutions or workarounds.
Ability to follow appropriate communications channels.
