BrightStarr are looking for a team player to join our customer success team
Our Customer Success Managers work with our team of Consultants to support customers through their on boarding process, helping them to manage the rollout of their new digital workplace. They understand our customers’ unique requirements and support with the rollout of any customisations to the Unily Platform that may be required. They provide light project management through the onboarding process. Once our customers are live on the Unily Platform they provide help and ongoing assistance to our customers including; support with the Unily CMS, insights into usage metrics to increase user adoption and assistance in recognising the need for further platform customisations. Our Customer Success Managers work with our Support team to provide assistance when incidents on the Unily platform occur.
At BrightStarr our Customer Success Managers are Customer advocates working to drive the most benefit from our digital workplace products on behalf of our Customers.
